Bio: Andrea Devon Bertoli is a chef, educator and blogger dedicated to healthy living and amazing food. Andrea earned a MA in political science and women’s studies, but decided to spend her time working in cafes, kitchens, farms and gardens instead of academia. She’s spent the last three years teaching cooking classes throughout Hawaii, and is currently the Marketing Manager for Maui-based Life Foods. She is the editor and writer for Vibrant Wellness Journal, a blog focused on holistic health, green living and incredible recipes.

Abstract: Though we tend to ignore what happens in our bodies after we eat our meals, it’s important to tune into our digestive processes and understand how it is indicative of our whole body health.
